Phonegap is an open-source tool which enables you to use the skills you already have to build native apps. You can access the unique features of mobile devices like camera, location or contacts through the Phonegap API. Conventional native app development requires different languages and APIs for different mobile devices. By developing your app in HTML5, you can use the same code base to build for iOS, Android and other platforms.
