Media Assets Management in Drupal

Media, IMCE, SCLAD there are tons of ways managing medias in Drupal. And you know what ? None of them are perfect.

During our session we'll present different ways managing media assets and present a very new module that might help you. Developed during Rue89.com project, largest french independent pure player media, we confirmed it's power implementing it in several others large sites (France3 TV Channel, MacDonald's intranets, etc...)

You'll learn during this session :

  • Pros & Cons of each media asset management system
  • Overview of classical client's back office requirements and how implement them : Image Cropping, rights managements on media folders, media integration in WYSIWYG, live preview
  • Presentation of capabilities of our new Media Manager module
