Transfer of Drupalcon ticket at early bird rate

Hi guys,
sadly I cannot attend the conference and I have a ticket at early bird rate available. The ticket has to be transferred to another person, according to the Refund Policy of the Drupalcon Munich:
"DrupalCon tickets are non-refundable, however we make it very easy to transfer your registration to another person..."
