This conversation is to discuss a new theme layer for Drupal 8.

Everyone's frustrated by theme development in Drupal 7. It's confusing, inconsistent, and just too hard to learn.

We've decided to build something better at a sprint April 20th - 22nd, and this conversation will be to discuss our success or failure at that attempt.
