All DrupalCon Global Track Chairs, DrupalCon Munich Local Track Chairs, and even previous DrupalCon Track Chairs are invited.

We will talk about:

• What we've learned at DrupalCon Munich.
• Compare notes with previous DrupalCon's.
• Brainstorm on improving future DrupalCon's.
• Plans and staffing for future DrupalCons.

This is one of the few times we can get together face to face to discuss the process of putting on a DrupalCon while it is fresh in our minds. If you are one of the track chairs or you have been active in putting on a DrupalCon, please let Rick Nashleanas know if you can't attend.

If you are on a team for putting on a future DrupalCon, you are welcome and will probably learn a great deal. If you're just curious about volunteering in the future, you are welcome also.
