This FAQ is a guide for speakers presenting sessions at DrupalCon Munich 2012.

Important Dates

    Complete Speaker Agreement (1 per session): June 8, 2012

    Review your Session Description: June 22, 2012
    Review the session you proposed. Confirm with your track chair that the content in your session is still relevant and accurate.

    Final Session Schedule Announced: July 3, 2012
    Day, time, and room published for your session.

    Preliminary Slides Due: July 6, 2012
    Submit your preliminary slides to your session node for your track chair to review for content. If you would like to use the official DrupalCon Munich slides, they are available for download below.

    Final Approval of Session for Printed Program: July 20, 2012
    Confirm with your track chair that the title, description, and speakers listed in your session node is print-ready.

    Final Slide Deck Due: July 27, 2012
    Submit your final slides to your session node for your track chair to review for content. These slides will be published live to your session node on the day of your session.

    Speaker Coupons Expire: August 1, 2012
    All speakers must be registered for the conference.

If you don't want the hassle of creating your own slide templates for your presentation but still want to look polished, we invite you to use one of our DrupalCon Munich themed decks. Please be sure to include a Title slide for session archiving purposes as well as a Eval reminder slide to remind attendees to evaluate your session.
